I was in the same situation.. I am learning that the one that should care at times turn out to be the one that can cause the most pain. Sorry you are going through.

Thank you! It is nice to hear that someone else went through this and is no longer in it. It is true, they inflict the most pain because they know they can. The trick is to not let them. However, it is hard when you are recovering from injuries, and the mental duress associated with it. Thanks for commenting. It means a lot :)

I know exactly how that is. My mom is that way. She is emotionally abusive to me. Talks down to me. And she talks badly to her friends and our relatives. And the sad part is am stuck here until I find a job. And she likes to play the victim a lot. So, people will feel sad for her. Like she is the victim and am the villain. Which I have been sick also. I am going in for some test. One of them they have to put me to sleep and go down my throat. I will be praying for you as well.

Thanks for sharing, Deanna. I know it is hard. I get depressed at times and become more depressed at times because of my age. Hang in there. It is sad how our parents can be so mean to us, yet all we do is try to win their love and attention. Imagine living with someone who no longer speaks to you because you owe him money and you can't work because you were injured in 2 mva's a month apart, injuring your neck and jaw, limiting your ability to speak. I mean if you can't sit for too long or talk, how can I work? What kind of job can I perform where I do not need to speak or sit at a desk for a long time, lol. I am trying to get better via doctor's, etc. Thanks for listening.

I'm so sorry for your pain. I wish there was a way I could whisk you away and take care of you. I'm a great caretaker! Lol. What I can tell you is that you aren't the problem with your dad. He's the problem with himself. Maybe check out his relationship with his own dad then maybe you will know where his nasty attitude comes from. Hang in there kiddo and take care of yourself. Maybe stay away from motorcycles. Lol

That is exactly like my parents! All they care is how much money they get and how they look from other's eyes.
Not that I wish him to get hurt, but I'm sure there will be time for him to reap what he sow.
