The long awaited trial for his bogus Protective
Order. Reminder...I have a permanent one on him. He never showed and I was granted one. So as payback he served me with one. I requested a trial. Friday's the day.
I feel prepared. Time has gone by. No contact since June. And that was limited to his initial order he took on me where I requested a trial.
So I need a little advice...
Back when we first split we spoke and text. After
My order was granted. I feel I had PTSD. I said I would drop it if he went to counseling. We never did and I didn't drop it. Plus agreed if he signed deed to house to me and we could just move on and be done. Well he didn't and I didn't.
His order is saying I didn't take my protective order serious. I feel I did because I just wanted to be done and protect my asset which was a lot of money to me.
How will the judge see this? What do I say? I'm stuck on this. Any suggestions

Maybe I'm nave, but unless he can pull strings b/c he knows people, just be honest.

As for the willing to drop it? You can always remind the judge that he's an abusive manipulator. And the more calm you stay, the more it will enrage him, so just let his true colors show...
