Lord, here we go again. First let me say, in the interest of full disclosure, that I did lie to him. Two years ago, when I was planning the move here,I filled my taxes and claimed both girls before he could. I'm not saying it wasn't wrong, I know it was, but I did what I had to do to come up with the money to move. To be fair, he hasn't really done anything to earn the right to claim the deduction anyway. He won't even buy them a stinking meal, let alone anything else they need. Sigh...I know that morally though, and probably legally too, it was wrong. I then lied to him about it as well, telling him I didn't file my 2011 taxes until last year. Okay, so the lies are piling on. The s### got pretty thick in the interest of self preservation. (He gets REALLY nasty when it comes to money).

Flash forward to last April. He decides to use the accountant that his cousin uses to file his taxes, wants me to do the same. This lady had him writing off phantom grass mowing at his parent's house(as if he'd ever do that), as a charitable deduction, the clothes and remote control cars he buys, even fake medical bills, as well as claiming one of our girls. He got over $8000 back from the irs last year. If course we never saw a red cent from that, in fact it was after this that I had to see patches into our youngest daughter's jeans because he refused to buy her new ones. Anyway, I digress. I was afraid to have her do mine because, for one he would have taken that money too, and besides that I REALLY didn't want to commit what I'm pretty sure is tax fraud. The irs can be vicious from what I understand.

Anyway, he is adamant about having her do both of our taxes this year, as well as going back over my previous two years to amend them. He swears that it's my fault that he didn't get all of the money he was supposed to because I must have done something with the kids insurance, so she told him!? And to top it off, if she looks at my taxes from two years ago, she will see that I lied and claimed both kids. I only claimed one of them last year.

Tonight he started in on this again. It ended up in a screaming match with him in my face calling me every kind of idiot and fool he could think ofbecause I said something seemed fishy about his write offs. He launched into how wealthy people do it, so can we, and I'm just an idiot because I don't know any better. I'm damned no matter what at this point. If I don't produce something and let her amend my last returns and do this year's, and if I do. Ugh this is gonna get really ugly. Just a vent
