Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Using violence to prevent or punish violence seems illogical to me.
I so agree with you, the choice against the death penalty gives us a chance to lift ourselves en masse to a higher consciousness.
AS far as violence being justified...I think it is often justified. But that doesn't make it right....
Making me more against capital punishment as well....
