Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
One disturbing thing I forgot to mention is that, buried at the back of the file box, under the hanging folders, was a bag full of individually wrapped needles. Now, I'm not the greatest judge of character but I honestly don't think he's shooting up heroin. My bil is an addict and my h is nothing like that. However, he did used to have a problem with injecting steroids...many years ago. Even that, though, I am not seeing the signs of that. When he was doing those he became horribly phusically violent and even more volatile and unpredictable than usual. It was awful even for him!
I'm just so confused about all of this. My mind refuses to wrap around the "clues" and none of it makes sense to me. I feel like I'm an idiot and I'm missing something that should be obvious. And oh how I wish I could get into his shop to investigate because I have a feeling what is here doesn't scratch the surface of what there IS.
Maybe he forgot the bag was there after he stopped using the steroids? Or maybe - I don`t want to panic you - but maybe he has been using them a bit? I remember you saying he got very aggressive in the Wal-Mart parking lot quite recently.
They could be unrelated, and it`s just a guess. Please be careful, and whether or not he is on things that could make him more aggressive, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to confront him about any of this. I`m not saying you would, just want you to be safe given the discoveries you are making that might understandably make you feel very strong emotions. He sounds extremely dangerous.
It is SO unfair that he is going through so much money while leaving you to cope with everything practical. Please vent as much as you need to here! Hugs xxx
