I made an emergency appointment today to see someone as i felt i was at that crossroads and i just need some support personally.

Boy did i find out a lot !!

i have found out just how much this relationship has cost me...... :-(

i have been going along quite nicely not even realising that i have been
' on edge' for the last 20 or so years.........
then i question why im ill ??

The lovely woman who i saw got me in a calm state , and this was a calm state that i have never been in before.............guess what?
i cried my eyes out ! It was alien to me.

But she was very good and calmed me down and we did it again and i managed to visualise the girl i used to be.........
I WANT TO BE THAT GIRL AGAIN............

so im leaving as soon as i possibly can get somewhere to go.................xxxx

i have living on my nerves all this time.............god my poor body..........

i need to heal before im not here anymore.,....and it starts tomorrow x
