Things have been looking up for me... somewhat. I have recently met a fantastic guy... caring, kind, just amazing. I was ecstatic to hear when my abusive ex claimed he would be quitting the job we both worked at... but I was sad to learn, that for whatever reason, he lied. In fact, it seems we work A LOT of shifts together now, when we rarely worked together before... I feel that he may be picking up the same shifts as me just to bother me. While I would love to just quit, I do not yet have another job to fall back on.
I no longer receive any messages from him anymore, but work is Hell. He constantly tries to talk to me, acting all sweet when anyone is around, but of course I ignore him... which he likes to use to point out to coworkers how "rude" I am being. If no one else is in earshot, he bullies me, asking why I won't talk to him, saying "What did I ever do to you?" ....ha! The most I would do is smile and continue to ignore him, which enrages him, and to which he responds "Yea,you laugh, you just wait and see.."
It scares me. Especially when people say "I'm pretty sure he would kidnap you if he felt he could get away with it." I feel like I keep seeing his car everywhere, including outside my house... I'm feeling paranoid. I just want to move on and be happy, but I feel stuck.
