Apologizing for my drama earlier. Just because I let myself get upset by the ex get in touch with me at work does not mean I had to vent here. It is not like he is physically threatening me so I will just turn my phone off and lock my doors. If he does come here which I doubt he will if he can't reach me, he will leave if the door is locked am sure. It is my fault for getting upset too easy. There are lots on here with bigger issues. So sorry and have a good day.

Sweetie, this is THE perfect place to vent. That's a big part of what this group is all about. You don't have to apologize, at least as far as I am concerned.

I agree with mytruecolors, this is a perfect place to vent and i wish i found it sooner because maybe if i would have things in my personal life would be different and better then they are. I have been taking tons of things in for far too long with being emotional abuse from former partners and at one point my current. It isn't right but i took the step into calling it out and stopping it as best as i could

Please don't ever apologize. You're more than welcome to vent here- we want you to. We're here for you, no matter how big or small you may think the problem may be. We all have our own set of problems, just because someone may be worse off, doesn't make yours any less important.

I was so happy to read your vent....it helped me to realize that I am not the only one who has to deal with odd behaviors and have a hard time figuring out how to respond...
Please please don't apologize....I think we are so use to apologizing for everything and here we have an opportunity to say why we don't want to always apologize or why we don't understand the need for the constant apologies....
and we help eachother figure it out!
I love this board. This group has helped me get out (I don't love being out right now), but I know that I am growing with the help of all the people who are here. I also feel like I need to apologize often even here and know that I don't.....
