Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
So, let me begin this rant by saying that my family and friends do NOT come to my house....for obvious reasons. Yet, my youngest brother has been having some serious difficulties. He had no electricity for a month, finally got it turned back on, went home, and his pipes had burst. So, they have no water. Today he called me at about 4 to ask if it would be alright if he just came over to do one load of laundry and take a shower. I was at work so I texted T to let him know. He's never home before 9 or 10:00 anyway.
Silly me...of course I'm almost home at 6 when I get a phone call and it's T screaming about wtf are they still doing at the house, he won't be able to take a shower or go to the bathroom. I ask if they are still in the bathroom and it turns out he hasn't even made it all the way up our driveway, he's just seen that the car is still there.
I pull in literally 5 minutes later and he is storming out of the house with clothes in his hands, refuses to speak to me, and spins out of the drivewayin a rage. I go in and my brother is in the bathroom with the door shut, cutting his hair. The girls come out freaking out because their dad was really angry and left. I knock on the bathroom door and ask my brother how long he will be because t.....He apologizes and is upset because he didn't even realize t had been here. Of course t calls and I've allowed my family, once again, to ruin his plans and I never let him know anything and he couldn't even use his bathroom when he wanted to because once again my family came first. When asked why he didn't act like an adult and let them know he was home and wanted to take a shower, he got irate and hung up on me. He then text me to say he wouldn't expect things to be any different because I'm always doing this.
My brother left embarrassed and apologeticbecause he caused problems for me!? And t came home long enough to shower, then leave slamming doors and not speaking to me or the girls because I'm always letting my family ruin his life. Again, let me say that my brother has been to my house maybe 3 times in the entire 14 years I've lived with t. T now refuses to answer my calls. Happy freaking Valentine's day :-) Lord I can't wait to be done with this crap!!!

Narcissists are little kids in adult physiques... and actually, a lot of beautifully behaved kids would put them to shame!!!
