I am pushed to the point of doing something crazy

I had left my extremely abusive husband (he was convicted of aggravated assault with intent to mame, also assault on both children) with the help of the RCMP. I had run with the children to neighbors, they set up a roadblock for his arrival and had forcefully (tazer) removed him from the home. I spent the night at the neighbors and in the am the RCMP had told me we were in too much danger to return to the home as they suspected from his actions that he would return and cause harm. The RCMP provided transportation and physically moved all our animals from the acreage (they knew of how he had harmed pets when I had ran to a safe house with the children in the past) and relocated my children and I to the city. I was informed I had to quit my current job, as he would find me. We stayed with a friend for a few months. During this time we were in court numerous times, starting divorce and trying to get support started (he ignored numerous requests to disclose income). The last time I received exclusive possession of the home, restraining order and another request for income disclosure by next court date. Of course the ass showed through and he fired his lawyer on the spot and stormed out of court. Against RCMP advice (they could not supply me with a deaver-murder in progress button- due to remote location and response time) I moved home with my children (teenagers). The next court date he was a no-show. I was granted a one time pymt of aprox 900 and and request for disclosure. I filed a les penance. He was served at his parents and became violent with the server, I was informed further service would require an escort
I never did receive the pymt, he was up north working (200 000yr) and of no fixed address
Everything was up in the air, then my lawyer quit law altogether.
The kids and I suffer near poverty. He harasses me through others, (they vandalize, steal including my pets, even try to run me off the highway when my daughter is in the passenger seat)
2 yrs after it started, I am served a paper that he is putting the house up for sale.
I have no lawyer and I go to court myself, I tell the judge all.
Agreed, the money he owes needs to be paid, I am in the home I have choice to buy him out it is not to be listed. disclose income, mortgage statement and we will go further.
Next court, no disclosure, no buy-out statement, but they have a real estate agent picked and want an appraisal.
Agreed, get an appraisal, everyone gets a copy, I will be buying him out. dislose income.
Next date, I have picked lawyer but yet to retain, appraisal done, no copy to me, no disclosure, no mortgage buy-out, Judge pissed at them. Get er done! (appraisal came in low, both the septic and the well were having probs)
Days before next date, no disclosure, just retaining, I am in and out of hosp, eye swollen shut on heavy painkillers, sinus infection (punctured due to his assault and always have probs) explain to his lawyer, need reschedule, call courthouse also.

Their response to the lawyer, there is an offer on the house subject to inspection and they are forcing it through. I refuse, I am not selling. She says to let them have their inspection, we will get disclosure and handle things. I say no. She comes back there is a court order for an open house, the agent had claimed it was the only way to sell a home. (BTW scheduled for thanksgiving weekend). Screw that, my home is not for sale, I refuse any offers, I want disclosure of income and this settled the way it was ordered to be. Keep in mind every time I talk to her, I stress to her none of this should be happening, I have dower, exclusive possession, and a marital lien on the home. I stress to her there is bullshit she has to look into. Keep in mind still no disclosure or mortgage buy-out.

He tells some I am a disgruntled tenant and I will most likely thrash the place before I leave. He lies to viewers about the home and the property, he is corrected by his assistant but keeps telling them the property is bigger, city people get one story about the septic experienced country folk another. He talks to his assistant about getting the home for themselves to flip by putting in an offer through another brokerage and forcing me out, he even states 2 wks max and at the beginning of the tape he picks up the camera and makes note of it and the audio mike on top, he knew it was there!! I try to tell the lawyer but it goes in one ear and out the other.
Another offer. I am told the court will approve it; it is over list and for cash, outbid or be out in 2 wks. I am thrown in a bidding war. I keep saying WTF to my lawyer; she wont listenI tell her I think the offer is fake and what is going on

I have to get interm (loan shark, cost 20 000, after the 3 months of bull) financing to pay my husband 125 000, then get an equity loan to pay out the mortgage that was back up at what we paid 9 yrs before (surprise there- MFer refinanced it). During the time of him being paid and me finalizing financing, they did everything they could to screw me, builders liens were put on the title (WTF) The agent with the apparent offer put a lien on the home for commission (it was an accepted sale-the husband signed the offer). Of course this had to be cleared up to get financing-clear title. Builders lien? Oh my all the lawyers are on it, we will have this rectifiedfinancing times out. Have to re-apply. Need another appraisal ,Wow, another thing on title, they will clear it upfinancing times outLast chance 17%, sign over my ass financing. Yup the 2 wk interm turned to 3 months (guy even came to my door) hence the cost there.
Through all of this I am getting sicker and sicker, bad headaches weird shit happening, sometimes cant walk proper, (legs so screwed 50% of the time I couldnt do the clutch in my car) sight screwing up, hearing goes to a buzz
Finally get the home in my name, hiring employee to expand business

Mortgage insurance claim denied, the broker never checked the box as to who the coverage was for 1st or 2nd applicant, (there was only 1-me)
I arrange refininacing with extra to cover pymts while I go through a craniotomy. They know everything. 2 wks before surgery I am about to go in to sign, Broker We are not going to go through with things as you are a liar and cannot be trusted. You did not just buy out your husband, it was listed with an agent. Excuse me? She hangs up and will not accept my calls.
Turns out, appraisers have to talk to the last listing real estate agent, she had just heard back from the appraiserneed I say more

Started a new action with an affidavit from the husband stating I had one day just left with the kids, never a prob before, then my husband apparently let me move back to the home to sell it and I wasnt keeping with the agreement, there was never a support issue and I had never asked for any.
Got copies of the offers, get thisThey were part of an affidavit submitted by the real estate agent on my behalf to remove the lien by the other agent for commission, (a court action by my lawyers firm that was never on my invoice, in fact there is no charges past giving my husband his interm coin). yup fake offers. All on outdated forms that could never be submitted to the real estate board, 4 different ones as a matter a fact (board only has one approved for use at a time, none of which they were using) I could not begin to explain here, but it is obvious. Within the court documents I can find different copies of the same paper, things were altered and forged. Fax dates at the top of sheets that prove forgery.
A search at land titles show that all the liens were signed the same day and ready before he was paid the interm and then slowly submitted to screw with things. The ex did the builders lien. Yup even the agents lien was drawn up the same day but submitted later.

Turns out they were deceived about property lines, the 2 homes and the barn were had to be moved or torn downThey are suing the agent, Guess who the couples law firm is? YEAH the same law firm as my husbands, the same that my court documents say hired the said real estate agent on my husbands behalfConflict of interest there somewhere? Think the law firm knew he was a crooked ass? Think they represent the couple well in their lawsuit?

Looking through old surveillance tapes (see if nothing was amiss I didnt always watch the whole tape when I got home-or Id watch on FF) I have the real estate agent breaking into my home with another manno sign on my lawn, before he listed.
I leave for work, shortly after a truck pulls in and waits, then the agent pulls up and gets out, he has a 2x4 and bear spray for my dog (175lb rottie tied on the deck), you see it in his hands and he states it. He says they have to be careful cause he doesnt have permission to be on the property. Then he talks about the ways they can gain entry, you can hear them trying to kick in my side door. I figure they eventually got in through the unlocked back window as they are gone and it is quiet for 20 min or so
So here I sit
Lawyers say I need major coin up front to start something with this.
I owe for a house I am not in.
I have gotten no support period.
These aneurysms were most likely caused by head trauma and stress (guess who caused both?)

This is killing you. What do you think of declaring bankruptcy, lose the house and take your daughter to a new city to start from scratch. This battle you are fighting is killing you. Sometimes whether you win or lose the battle, the war costs you everything.
I know walking away from everything sounds awful but your life is surely worth more.
Both children are older now (22 and 20)and have moved to the city, they know nothing of all the legal stuff and what he has actually done to me. They know of most of what happened while we were together. They keep care of his home while he is out of town working, they talk to him all the time. They feel sorry for him as he is now on meds (schizophrenia, apparently suicidal, has no one but them, cries about what happened with us -all the while doing this to me)...I am meeting up with my daughter this thursday and am considering telling her all...
I have gone back to the womens shelter and to victim services...they recommend I write a statement and take it to the RCMP...
But as this is a small community and the said agent is basically the top in the area, he has sold most of the officers their home and is friends with them...
I cannot bring this to just anyone...Who do I trust? If I bring it to a RCMP who is his friend...
I do have the RCMP statement written out, along with a complaint to the real estate board and am starting one to the law society because of both lawyers involvement.
This will cost the agent his license and he makes over 1/4 million a year from real estate, he will do all he can to avoid that...
I have spoken with lawyers and they need a huge retainer to start action, legal aid will not cover it as I will be going after them legally.
Forgery, perjury and contempt are supposed to be a big thing, why is it so hard to get someone held accountable?
I have already lost everything, all money, my home (I am living in a motorhome at my boyfriends parents acreage), my children and I barely talk (they continually told me how hard things were for him, how sorry he was, how he had no one -yeah his family didnt count- how he was doing drugs and needed help, how he was on meds and needed support-meanwhile he was well enough to do all this to me) I felt betrayed and did not want to share the truth with them, we drifted apart. My daughter is coming to her senses, but I doubt my son ever will...
Everything, children, money, house, health, pride, reputation...

This is why I think if I post the vids to U-Tube the agent will come after me and I can just bring it all to light in the courtcase he instigates...
I meet with my daughter for lunch on Thursday, do you think I should come clean and tell her all and show her what he has done? What if she tells him something, I dont want these people getting a heads up as to what I have found out till it hits the fan...
I never believed it was in anyones interest, except the abusers, to keep the dirty little secrets from children who are old enough to understand what was going on. My son was 14, I never kept a secret from him. I think he would have been mad if I did, once he learned the truth. They deserve to know the whole story, so they can make up their own minds. Tell her, and tell your son too. Even if he has no response, it will be out there....and it's amazing what can happen when the truth gets out into the universe....
