I am a good person.

I am a likable person.

I deserve to be loved for who I am right now.

I am not a bitch for being strong.

I am not weak when I am meek.

I am not responsible for someone else's behavior

It is ok to cry, be angry and to not feel ok

This too shall pass....it may pass like a kidney stone....but it will pass

(just needed this for some self therapy and so thank you for indulging me)
