Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
It has been over a month since he stopped contacting me any form except he maintaining the blog which I can only see if I go to the blog.
I am the one who changed my mobile number..Neither do I care about his mails etc..It was my birthday on 11 sept 09..I was really scared that he will send some crap mail, or card..But none came...I am thanking God!!
Even on his bday 17th Aug..He did not tried to contact me except writing on his blog that he was waiting for my call though he was sure I will not call..
I have not seen his blog recently and I don't even want to..All I am worried about is how come he is being soo good and not bothering me through mails..
Has my tactics of no replies to his mail for about four months now and change of my number has worked and he got the message and knows his action will be futile..
Just wanted to be on peace again that this is forever and he has gone for good and will not bother me...

This is still part of the game. We call it "no contact". They call it withholding. They think that they are punishing us if they don't talk to us. Fact is, I welcomed the break to heal. I would just let sleeping dogs lie and be thankful for it.
If i ignore him he only starts again, its gone down to about once every 6 weeks now, just like those honeymoon periods get shorter when you go back to them, well the no contact from us gets to them and breaks get longer as the message to PISS OFF!! gets in their heads.
Yes they need their fix..Thank God I am not that anymore...Happy Independence..
