Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
If I was feeling better I would thank each of you individually for reaching out to me. I just can't seem to pick myself up enough for that yet. I apologize.
I do want you all to know, I appreciate the kindness, compassion and support on here. I am currently waiting on my insurance changover to take effect, Feb 1, to check into changing anti depressants and see my doctor or be able to visit a therapist. I am currently without coverage.
I may just go off my Celexa and see if that is helpful.
I will reread my post and try some of the other suggestions, perhaps they will help. I am pretty stoic, so I will be able to hang in there.
