you are right fear is hard work. someone told me you can meditate with the colour yellow to reduce fear. ok so its a bit strange advice wise but i guess its worth a try...i use this technique and it does work but my issues i've used this for is like work stuff...just smallish stuff so i dunno how it would go down with the big stuff. anythings worth a try tho.

for me,its guilt.Because my wife has always put that on me,for control,and I've fallen right into it............when ever we would fight and argue,she would put herself,oe surround herself,in my kids world,and I could hear her putting me down,calling me all those hurtfull name,Bastard,asshole,ect..I've gotten to know those names real well..Any way,I understand,where your coming from,,huge to ya..

Yeah, guilt doesn't help either.
