The loss of a pet or animal to which one has become emotionally bonded can be an intense loss, comparable with the death of a loved one. Whilst there is strong evidence that animals can feel such loss for other animals, this community focuses on human feelings, when an animal is lost, dies or otherwise is departed.
I lost Vincent Enrique on October 7th of this year...
He was the love of my life... Black with green eyes... He looked like a panther... So romantic and so in love with me also... He would have crushes on some of my friends, but I always knew he would sleep with me every night, so I allowed him that grace...
My dream is for forgiveness from Vincent... For the things I did which caused him to suffer more from his illness...

A dream for the lost love-speaking on the human side-that I should have thought more of him than of myself :)
My dream would be for one more hug. I never got to say goodbye to Lily properly as she died suddenly and unexpected. The kiss, hug and the I love you before she went outside that day was the last time I could do any of that.
I would give anything for one more hug.
