personal experience i went from cutting to overdoes to now, lets say i fell 30 foot and lived to tell the story.
i Learned the biggest fear for me is losing my kids and i did my ex took them and stopped all contact i don't know why, i was fine until the break up my life was over and i did everything to stop the pain.
IM HERE to tell you how i deal with stuff now.
i feel heart broken 24/7 im better of asleep i don't feel yet i get out of bed and i write stuff like this on a blog, i focused on the 1 thing in life i want. and that's my kids back. i cant do that dead can i?

Suicide is when mental health issues go terminal.
It's not normal to feel this way, and immediate medical attention is necessary.
