I'm the worse person to suggest this, but I would advise a strict budget. In the budget include things you don't need-fun money. Keep a close eye on the amt. and try not to spend after you have used your fun money. I have a strict budget and attempt to do this,but it is with my husband's help.
My mother is not diagnosed and would never admit to it if she was told, but at some point I fear she will lose here house due to purchacing everything under the sun. She needs none of it.
