Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.
I must start by saying I am not in immediate danger of hurting myself AND trigger warning!
I can't get away from my thoughts, they inundate me with senseless, hurtful banter. I need a break, I'm waving the white flag! I've been strong and fighting the medication, therapy, and everything else battle for years and decades. Please give me just a moment of peace? I wish I could slip not so slowly into death, I've earned it by now!
I'm wrapped up in my favorite soft cozy blanket, ice water drink nearby, and yeah, I know how to do this, I just keep picturing the blood everywhere and I want to thrive!!! Not this!

I totally get a mind that Never stops
as well as looking forward to death for an end to the bantering my head.
And I understand some of the fears around controling oneself
Or of getting lost in my own mind.
For me i take a very few psy meds
Most importantly a sleeping med
For me sleeping is important,
for it is than that I find peace
But I sure do know chaos
Anyhow I hope you are holding on
