Just one less thing to deal with

Sometimes I get in such a depressed mood that I just want to shave all my hair off, just so that I dont have to deal with it. And I guess to de femenize myslef. Women are more vulnerable than men. I dunno. Hair just seems like too much to deal with sometimes. Anyone else feel this way?

I lost all my hair a year ago. And I never felt so ungodly unattractive before in my life.

It has finally grown back to where I can wear it down. So, no. I never feel this way. And please don't do it. It's very traumatizing.

Sorry you have had such a hard time Hon. Ive had my head shave a couple of times for surgery. I think I had the first punk-rock hair cut in '76. They only shaved the left side of my head.

Yes lately I have, I wear wigs mostly anyway. I was thinking of going with a semi-dreaded thing, called twists. I wont go into how I feel about my hair, but it is definitely just a tool to me. I have to work very hard to make it an attractive adornment. In my personal eyes.

I had chemo 4 years ago, and I shaved it. I still have pics. It wasn't bad, but not my style though. I never wore it in public, always wore wigs. lately I have been thinking of getting it cut to about three inches. but I probably wont:) Not because I care what people think, but because I probably would not like it.
