Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.
If everyone is saying the same things, maybe there's something to learn.
Maybe you could start by apologizing to some of them saying you had no idea you were doing anything hurtful and that you want to fix it.
If you are sincere, maybe they will tell you what you have done and why it's hurtful. Don't get defensive; just listen.
You sound reasonable and maybe it would be good for both parties.
