write a list of behaviours you want to control.
Then try journaling (keep it safe) every time you want to do such behaviours. Just write any thought that comes to you
The journaling should program your logic to be more in control of your emotional urges.
Buy a book on feelings ask yourself twenty times a day how your feeling
As for socialising, sit in the group, copy what everyone else is doing, remain silent, observe what others are doing, try to do what the others are doing
Don't rock the boat you should fit in and start learning
