Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. the only exercise i've come across that has worked for me most (60% maybe...)...is to hone in on details of my surroundings...maybe it's similar to the "senses" exercise?...they kinda sound similar...
otherwise, it would have to be art...drawing things...writing...
sorry, i couldn't be of more help...
i never thought of using art or writing as a way to vent and distract myself, since usually i tie art/writing into my commission work ^^;; i'll try that out sometime and see if it works! thank you!!
