my pshychiatrist suspects that i have it and it totally makes sense because i was diagnosed as schizophrenic and then my other psychiatrist said they were wrong.
she doesn't want to diagnose me for sure right away, but she suspects it.
anyone have advice on how to deal with it?
i have pretty intense hallucinations. auditory, visual, and sensory hallucinations.

and i have hallucinations of these 2 creepy ladies and they follow me around and sometimes talk to me about shit.
and sometimes i just hear people screaming like they are being murdered but there isn't anyone there.
and sometimes i feel something grab my leg or my arm but nothing is there at all.
it's good that your doc is taking this very slow though. it means she really cares and is set on diagnosing you appropriately.
my advice is, collect as much knowledge as you can about this disorder, but try to only cope and deal with the things you know you have. you know, be aware but cross that brdge when you come to it.
i'm a nursing student and i have self-diagnosed and driven myself crazy millions of times haha. but, you kinda gotta leave it up to the doctors. but it's good that you are interested in this.
