Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.
But, don't get into prolonged anger with your therapist as that can be self-defeating. Try another therapist (or two) immediately and see how they handle you. You need to continue but hopefully with a more competent therapist. The therapist "kicked you out" because she didn't know how to handle this. Just move on, don't self-sabotage. Find a therapist who is really committed and skilled at treating BPD!
i get that way, too. there have been times when people, like doctors or therapists, tell me that they won't see me anymore.
i have family that won't accept me because of my husband but my brother was in a situation similar to mine and they still accepted his wife (so it might just be me).
