I am on a downer trip right now...
My BF went camping with his family (I wasn't invited) and here I sit kinda lost in my head. I cried for hours this morning... I tried to put on a happy face when he left because I know that it doesn't help to make him upset. So seconds after I heard the car leave I was sobbing on the floor in front of the door. Why is it always so devastating? I mean psychologically I understand what's up...abandonment issues and all. I just can't cope right now. I took 3 klonopin today cause I was having so much anxiety and a full blown panic attack. I don't have a PDoc right now or a therapist... I just need some.support I guess. I keep obsessing about hurting my mom so I am.afraid to go home... I feel like such an idiot that I can't just chill out!

I am afraid of how I will.react when he gets home. BPD emotions knock me off my center. So even if I am really happy I get overwhelmed... does that happen to anyone else?
Is kind of rude you were not invited and frankly he should have not go, in my opinion.
Sorry but it doesn't sound like your BF is very kind to you.
A good boyfriend would have said "if my GF doesn't go i don't go either".
Do you know why he went without you?
