Just to get the ball rolling to try and kick start this UK group back into life, I thought maybe a quick intros might help! obviously its entirely up to each individual on what or if they wish to say a bit about themselves!

OK I'll start..

Hi I'm Spizz80 though born and raised in London but I now Live in Wiltshire, I'm Over 40 and under 60! I originally joined DS in 2008 as I suffer from Bad Depression, Anxiety/Panic Attacks, Low self esteem, shyness, Lack of confidence, also I now have CFS/ME which starting to dominate my life!!!
Interests inc Alternative Music, Wildlife Photography, Horses and Pets!

Thats enough for now due a sudden bout of shyness and paranoia!!! Eeekk!

Hey Spizz!
Rob, just turned 40, depression & anxiety/panic attacks, low self esteem due to mental abuse as a kid.
Lot's of issues with self medication, pills, thrills & belly-aches! Been in a mental hosp 3 times since my early 20's, regular hosp several times. :-(

Hi I'm Rosie and am from Ireland. I hope it is ok to join this UK group! I have been on DS since early 2008 mostly in the Bipolar and Depression groups although I deal mainly with treatment resistant depression for the past 23 years. I'm 40 years old. I have only just discovered this group after all these years !

Hopefully we can all get to know each other through time and help each other out.

Hi I am Kathryn from Essex. I have depression, anxiety and suffer with constant headaches which can turn into nasty migraines. I have been a member of the DS forum and like Rosie have only just found this one.
