Oh my days I feel so stupid, I let a friend into my life that I haven't seen for years, well since school we had a catch up, told him my issues etc but and a few days he turned on me and said he was going to tell everybody about me, How could I be so stupid as to trust him. And now I am being told it's my fault. How do I even try and step out the door without feeling like everybody is watching,staring and laughing at me, how could I be so stupid

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
He probably won't follow through if he has an ounce of sense about him - he will make himself look far worse than he can make you. People will wonder if he does go ahead and say things about you, what he might be saying about them too behind their backs. He can only lose in this.
