Went for my DEXA Scan today, and one of the good resources for people with balance issues, limited mobility, or age related things like Osteopenia or Osteoporosis is Yoga for Seniors, done with a chair. There are also Videos for the specific part of your body you want to work.

I got lots of great info after my scan, which was read right then. Spent about an hour with the nutritionist/PT lady who gave me lots of help. I see my GP about whether or not to add any supplements, or the bone meds. I wouldn't mind the supplements, but really don't want any more meds! Blessings on you. I hope you do well.
