There are good days and there are really bad days. You should call your neuorologist and explain what is going on. My doctor increased my sinemet so that I was taking in 6 times a day. So far it's working pretty good although every so often I still continue to freeze. On one occassion I needed to use the bathroom and my 8 yr old had to pull my arms to help me to the washroom.
Keep your head up and don't give up. There are better days ahead!!
Thanks again.
Just a bad day.

It seems like we both take an incredible amount of medication. I'm going to try out yoga next week. I have been getting a massage once a week. I just ordered a book for a healthy diet (MS diet) as I also have lesions on the brain that they don't quit understand. So I feel if I perhaps start changing my lifestyle I may get some relief. I will keep you posted if it is working for me.
I hope tomorrow is a better day for you!!! Get some rest as tomorrow is a brand new day.

Enough complaining its almost football season something to smile about.

And I have also noticed that walking fast really calms me down and does not make the tremors worse like they are when I run or do weights and toning exercises. Very interesting stuff!
Gonnafly, I am sorry about the bad day, but glad you are doing a little better today. I hope your Neuro can adjust your meds so that things get much better for you.
