A few weeks ago I started exercise classes too. Zumba 4x/week, Pilates 2x/week, yoga once a week, tai chi once a week, and a water aerobics class once a week. Plus some additional stuff when my wife wants to go work out. My health has improved, and I know it is good for PD and cognitive functioning, and has shown to slow/prevent decline. So exercise is an important part of this picture. I've lost over 10 lbs. since starting this exercise routine. Was around 174, now around 159.
