I get tremors when I am physically tired, or stressed. I am on a medication for them, so they are much improved. I'm sure one of the experienced members will respond and give you better information.

I think that everyone is a bit different depending on how advanced the PD is, and type of meds used. For me personally, I was diagnosed about a year ago. My tremors are very minimal in the morning, but worsen as the day progresses, or if I exert myself more than I should.

Since I've been on Sinermet, my tremors have become very minimal, but still seem to become a little worse as the day goes on. The Sinermet is great, but doesn't help me with leg weakness and cramping of my leg and foot. You may want to talk to your doctor about this, and they may just need to change or adjust your meds.

I don't know about everyone else, but most of my days start with minimal tremors (I used to start them with no tremors) and they get progressively worse throughout the course of the day. Some evenings I am tremoring so hard that I lose an arm as it jerks outward in a random direction (I cut my hand once after it flew into a wall that way). My neurologist and my movement disorder specialist have both said that while everyone is different this falls within the real of normal. I am also like Annie in that being tired/stressed makes my tremors worse, and I was told (again) that this falls into the "normal" realm of Parkinson's Disease, even while on medication.
