Tremors come and go

I am an odd ball or does anyone else notice this issue? When I am doing something I truly enjoy my shaking improves greatly or even stops. Of course most of those require warm weather so I am on the verge of going nuts from cabin fever. I am referring to fishing, flying or even a ride in the country. Of course if it is tedious I get worse. Before I got sick so to speak a buddy of mine and I raced a drag car we built. Legally of course. Not one of my doctors believe it but my tremors nearly cease. Am I wrong to think that if my body is releasing dopamine it helps my condition. Recently my wife and went to the mountains for a few days. I held out my hand and said look no shake. She replied great but this is mighty expensive therapy. Of course she was kidding. I try to enjoy myself when I am feeling good. This is just an observation I have made. Anyone else notice this or have another was of helping reduce our symptoms?

Aiksandpains. I have read that ewhen michael j. Fox ice skates his symtoms dissaper. I would love to know in advance when I am going to have a shyake free day. Gooode luck ande good health. Alex

Hi, my shakes come and go, and vary in rapidity, some are barely noticeable while others are very pronounced. I find mostly when I carry drinks etc... both hands start to shake.
I have full body tremours too which I just ride out and try not to panic. Some days are pretty good but symptoms fluctuate and various situations especially stressful ones are a dead cert to trigger my shakes.

I have to be very careful, but I tend to drop things quite a lot and cut myself... by accident of course. There's a word that describes me very well .. "Clumsy"... lol.. There are times I feel like I'm on a high like a euphoric and exuberant kind of feeling. At times when out I suddenly become aware that I'm sat staring and this has got me into some awkward situations where strangers think that I'm looking at them... so I just slowly look away.

Dirk, strangers usually look at me like I am a junkie who needs his fix!!! LOL! Of course when you tell a doctor you don't shake when you are drag racing you get the look as I call it. I know this is not a one size fits all disease. I guess I am going to have to hit the lottery so I can afford to do all these things that seem to be good therapy for me. I have had a few of those days too Dirk. I call it shaking like a palm tree in a hurricane. When that happens I just try and sit down until it passes. I have had a few of them days lately I feel are cold weather related.

I don't tolerate both extremes of weather, I must be the only guy who wears 5 layers of clothing this winter... and it isn't anywhere near zero degrees... lol.. I don't mind warm weather, but hot... not good..

Hi, many things can trigger my tremours like a lot of us. Anxious, agitation, stressed, depression and anything that really gets under your skin, like certain situations especially things that you suddenly find yourself in.
I find when stranger stares wondering what's going on regarding me shaking, though some do look away and some do smile knowingly, maybe they have a family member who has it or a close friend.
My tremours effect all of my body but fortunately not always at the same time, but when they do I just ride it out and try not to panic.
They are mostly my hands & arms, jaw & tongue, my legs join in sometimes.
