So I have been a smoker since about 15. I always had an issue stopping i would go a month or so without it till I started vaping and this was about 2 years ago im 22 now and I cant seem to kick it. Its been easier to stop with cigarettes but with vaping its a lot more convenient and its been a really bad habit at work. I noticed ive been out of breathe and my anxiety has been sky rocketing. I know its the will that will help me stop but its also an issue that I dont want to. But i was really hoping to get some tricks maybe i heard chewing gum helps but if i do stop I end up crying and i go right back to vaping. I would end a myle in a day and other vapes would last me maybe 2- 3 days max. I tried nicotin gum but it didnt do much for me. Im not sure why its an issue for me to stop but Im reallt hoping to get some insider of what to do.
Stopping smoking is very difficult for almost all people. Clearly it can be done.
I've been a vaper for 8 years or so, replacing a light but daily cigarette habit. What I've done is slowly decrease my Nicotine level so now it's about 2%. I do this by mixing my own juice (50/50 vegetable glycerin to propylene glycol) and adding flavors and Nicotine (about 70mL of the 100 mg/mL to 1 gallon). It's very mathy and kind of a big investment up front, but online calculators will help with the mixing and I feel it's worth it for the control. I can go 4 hours and not think about it much.
