when I went for my second opinion dr the other day he asked me alot of questions, but when I aked him about the symptoms I was having I didn't get any answers.
Can any of you pwp tell me if any of my problems seem to be symptoms of pd.
headaches,backaches sometimes, difficulty seeing close ( I had my eyes examined a cople of months ago) , stiff neck, waking up at night and being able to go back to sleep, getting tired fast (whether walking or doing house work)
I;ve had these problems fo a couple of months now, but sinde I was diagnosed with pd I'm saying that's what it is, or am I just being hypocondriac..thanks sue b

I've had PD now for more thsn 36 years. Does that qualify me to answer your question/s about PD?
No, Non, Nyet, Naaah, Nope, Nor do I intend to! You MUST see a Movement Disorder Specialist to get a proper/positive DX of PD! NOT a PD patient!
Although, (any docs out there?) that list you provided sounds as if it could be Munchausen Syndrome ... possibly ???
My observation I have found here is that after a person has PD for a long time they probably forget what the first few years of the symptoms were like.
Sounds like Sue has been to alot of drs and they are skirting around the issue---movement disorder drs are like that too sometimes. I have to wonder if an older family practice med dr or neuro would be just the best. The symptoms of PD are pretty obvious really especially after a few years. Sometimes we new people are struggling with believing it ---- I sure know I am.
