I must say though that you're more self aware than I am as I didn't notice it at all - my husband did. I couldn't figure how he'd know when I'd had a bad day so quickly, but I was doing the same as you, holding my wrist. nursing my left arm and leaning on my arm. Now that I'm aware of it I notice I do this all of the time I even use it to stop it when tremors are getting too much by sitting on my hands.
