I am learning that my PD acts like a stress barometer! When the stress is high, my symptoms come out full force. Unfortunately, I have yet to figure out how to get rid of all stress. After all, I have several children who believe it is their personal mission to create drama where ever they go! And sometimes that includes coming to my house to share their gifts! Ha Ha.
Bottom line, I need to figure out how to de-stress cause although I try hard, my life is not, nor ever will be stress free.
Are your symptoms worse when you are stressed? What do you do to deal with stress?

I hope that after today she'll feel alot better and some of her symptoms will "go away" a little. She still gets stressed easily when visiting places because she doesn't want to "mess up".
Anyhow, yeah, to destress would be miraculous(sp) and if you figure out how, please let me know.
PS I have 3 kids and totally understand the drama!
