I would like to know if this sort of thing has happened to any of you but i'm not even sure how to explain it. We have been working hard on the balance thing so he had me do this exercise where i hold a weight with two hands above my head then sort of march across the gym each time i bring a leg up as high as i can the weight comes down to meet it. It was going well and the balance was good but as i got more into it this wierd thing started happening .i could feel my face start drooping on the left side like it was being pulled down. I felt a little self concious about it so i tried to put on a smile but it wouldn't let me half of my face seemed frozen into this frown (just my tremor side) it was the strangest feeling. As soon as i got through the three sets of that exercisie it relaxed back. Has this or anything like this happened to anyone? thanks paula
