The only time I was upset when a student was present was with my Primary Case doc wanted me to get undressed and bring a young male student into the room. I said - flat "no." I was upset because I had to get undressed and be examined for a pain in my side.
Just curious - how often do you see your neuro?
We always appreciate updates on how each of us are doing. I know I certainly learn from others posts.
Wishing you continued good health!

When I was dx 1 1/2 yrs ago, my neuro said we had a lot of ground to cover and to give information all at once would be way too overwhelming. The plans has been to see her every 3-4 months. We were to go over swallowing issues & possibly being referred to a speech pathologist; set up Physical Therapy (as needed), discuss nutrition, etc. I bring a list of the newest symptoms or questions I may have.
We have kept with this plan and up until my visit last week it has worked out quite well (see my post from just a few days ago).
Since I do not know any other PD patients in my area, I was just curious what was the normal times between visits for others on our site. I appreciate your response. It seems in line with what my neuro has set up.
PS-My neuro wants me to do 5 MINUTES of exercise daily. I tried to explain my work in the yard raises my heart rate and how once I start in the yard it's hard to stop.....go until you can go no more. LOL
