Birdyfeatger you have to adopt the devil may care attitude.So what you have few tics . Ewan healthy people have them. Did you ever watch people walking by ,haw they pick there nose or scratch there privets ,when they think no one is looking .What is worst that or your minor stuttering, Try not to hurry . learn to pause after every word , if you speak slower it may not be so bad and for strangers ,who cares . you probably won't see them again, or they may respond in positive way and try to understand or be ignorant. You cannot control people they are what they are , not worth to be prisoner at your home. Go out and enjoy life while you can. That is my opinion and that is haw I handle it.
