I'm scared, my leg freaked out like it was having a seizure. Ive had depression my whole life, and I apparently have dimentia. I haven't completely lost my sense of smell but sometimes I can't smell things. I've had two people tell me I shake in my sleep. I had a seizure test when I was 14 and it was negative. I'm now 42, I guess I should demand the DAT test?

Are you sure your leg wasn't dyskinesia? I haven't heard of it being limited to one limb, but with diseases of the brain, things can be possible.
Are you seeing a Movement Disorder Specialist? Who provided all your diagnoses?
Even if you aren't seeing a MDS, I can recommend that you print this out and take it with you to your next neuro/doctor appointment:

DAT scans are not definitive for diagnosing, and not always covered by insurance, and are very expensive.
