The primary thing with falls and my PD is balance.
You lose your balance and fall; it hurts.
You try and get up from that; it's tough.
Once you fall; the pain from the injury and combine that with hunger (dizziness) and the medication; as well as weakness; time of day.
You may not recover fully.
Progression of the disease; with the "constant" falling; or threat of falling; is very serious; painful; and disabling.
Best thing is to have a person; who can get to you if you fall.
Even an emergency button.
Best of luck.
