I have not yet (thank goodness) passed out but I have a big trouble when I commute going up and down stairs, escalators and through the train tunnels and get very dizzy and feel like I am going to pass out. It is worse in the morning but still unnerving at night time. The one thing that helps and it is hard to believe but I was told that it would help me by the Web MD Dr. and that is lots of water. I drink lots of water before leaving in the morning and I drink lots of water throughout the day and always keep a bottle of water on me when I commute. I don't leave my job or my house without a water bottle. Most of the time I do not have a problem now but the doctors are always concerned because of incidents such as that which happened to you.
It seems crazy, right? but it works for me. If you go into the site PD section and Parkinsons Community on WEBMD you will see quite a few posts about low BP and PD.posts by Dr. Stacy.
