Parkinson's Unity Walk

This year the Unity Walk in New York City is on April 25, 2015 in Central Park. This is the largest Grass roots fund raiser in the country. My local support group young onset of Westchester and the Bronx will be walking again. All who will be in NY are welcome to walk with us. Please take a moment to look at my personal page at :

I hope you have great weather for the walk. I could never handle the cold. I am freezing and it is only 65. LOL

I was part the the Cancer "Relay for Life" 16 hour walks. These are such great fundraisers. And it was a wonderful healing event also.

I will have to see if Florida has any Parkinson events close to us.

The walk is only a mile and 1/4 long. they include golf carts to shuttle people attending the walk from the park entrances to the band shell meeting site. Many participants who are mobile challenged. sit out the actual walk but it is a great day in New York City to see friends from all over and support PD research. If not us than who?

I see you are going to the Unity Walk in New York Central Park in April..
So you ever watch the Kelly and Michael show at 9 a.m. in the mornings. I believe Kelly lives near the Park e and is always joining in fund raisers.
I was wondering if you wanted to send her an email (look up the show and there is a email address) and ask if she would like to participate too. Maybe she already does, but it would be worth a try and ask if she could come.
