(If it doesn't work - google the words I googled) Also - you can ask your doctor for a referal and just tell him you would like to get a 2nd opinion. You can also call your local hospital and see if they can give you a name. Good Luck!

Sue - for me - swallowing difficulties was one of my first symptoms (at least that I noticed).
Then - it was constant falls. Even sported a nice rug burn across my cheek & under my eye for my daughter's wedding photos! I went to my family doctor after I hurt myself from a few "out of the blue" falls. His response was to order a MRI. Then dropped it when my MRI was fine.
It was when I got a new boss at work and she approached me and asked if I was aware that I had a tremor in my head, right hand, and right arm. (Thought putting on my mascara was getting trickier, but put it off on the stress of my job. Duh!) After asking my two closest co-workers if they had noticed these tremors, they both said they had - but they thought I knew I was doing it! (And - we are all three friends!) This sent me back to the family doc that finally referred me to my neuro.
And - so the journey began....
Good luck as you try to find the basis for your falls. Keep us posted on how you are doing & what you find out.
