I know exactly what you are talking about, only I deal with an estrogen patch. Quite frustrating isn't it. I am just glad no-one is videoing me.
I think that part of the problem regarding these pesky things is the natural static on our finger tips, of which I seem to have a lot of... but that combined with the stickiness from the patch make it doubly frustrating & irritating... I find the best way it to stick them to the patch that you've just removed, then you know where they are & then dispose the old patch and those together.
I find that the Patch doesn't always stick too well in hot weather as sweat tends to loosen it's grip. So I always stick my patches on with Micropore Surgical Tape which is excellent in keeping the patch in place even when I'm in the tub or shower.
