I asked the man who had PD where he got it and he said from Sears. I believe he said the make was Columbia or Columbis. This was in Canada, but hopefully the States carries the same brand.
I haven't looked into it, but you might try that store, however, I don't know if this would help your mom, but it might.
I know it's hard to remember and 8 times a day is rather much for anybody, Good Luck.

I use a Timex Ironman watch. It has three alarms on it. I used to have one with 4, but I don't remember which brand it is, but I think I got it at Radio Shack.
I got my Timex at Walmart or Kmart. They are pretty common.
Also, many cell phones have multiple alarms as well. My T-Mobile HTC has 4 alarms.
I combine the two, and I'm set.
From what you describe, tho, It may be time to get some additional help for your Mom, if possible.
I don't know her age or general condition, but I expect you are aware that many people with PD also move into dementia. Maybe you should consider having her doctor check her out. It can also be her meds need adjusting.
