Sorry I haven't been on for awhile, but I wound up having a heart attack Jan 3rd. I am doing better now but have a little extra hardware lol. I was doing cardiac rehab, but had to stop due to the Parkinson's .
I thought I was doing pretty good, and could do 30+ minutes on the treadmill. However when I got home after, I felt awful . Felt like I had run 10 miles and could hardly move. After a few weeks of this it dawned on me that maybe the added exertion was aggravating my Parkinson's.
A call to my nero doctor confirmed that yes, this will indeed raise hell with Parkinson's. He told me to stop my rehab, and increased my Sinermet by half a pill 3 times daily, because my tremors were coming back, and my mussel cramps had worsened. So far so good.
So how is everyone, and did I miss much while away? I really missed you all. You know it's funny, when I told my doctors I belonged to this group, they all said it was good that I had others who understood, and that I could talk to and compare notes. How true they are !!

Now between the heart issues and the Parkinson's I'm extremely tired all the time. A simple task can wipe me out for the whole day.
