I had a good laugh today when I went to the movie theater and was standing in line for popcorn. (no comments on the popcorn please - and yes I loaded it with lots of chemical butter and salt).
A young lady and young man behind the counter were apparently having a conversation about exercising. The young lady said "I don't go to pools to exercise. All I can think about is everyone's sweat floating around me. It's just gross and not healthy." I almost bust out laughing as I looked up at her after hearing what she said. She had several tatoo's on her arms and several non-ear piercings including a nose ring.
So - yeah - got to watch out for that sweat in the pool water!!! lol
Great videos, CoachMike and welcome to Daily Strength. It sounds like we can learn a lot from you about exercising. Please share your wealth of knowledge.
Keep exercising everyone!!!!!
