My husband is from Ohio, Buckeye state :)
The main caution that I would keep in my mind is that 2000 mg of Tylenol is the most you can take in a 24 hour period. I found out that some of my pain meds have Tylenol in them and had to start writing down when I took the meds so I did not have too much Tylenol.
My sister ended up in hospital with liver damage from Tylenol. Be safe.
I am glad that you have made the choice to make each day a positive one. That is so important.

I just looked at the Tylenol bottle and it says that each tablet is 325mg. So I will just try dropping back to taking one tablet in between the times I can take my Tramadol. I definitely don't want to cause myself any further medical issues that's for sure.
So far today has started out good. I've been up since 5am and got the kitchen cleaned and living room cleaned all while hubby was sleeping. Hoping for another good day - having 2 in a row would be awesome. I do need to order flowers today for my mother's birthday. She is in a nursing facility in Westerville, Ohio so my Uncle checks on her just about every day. Hoping that she gets the flowers this time because last time when I ordered them the delivery guy just left them at the nurses station and my mother never received them. They wouldn't credit my account either because in all actuality the flowers were delivered to the correct destination and whatever happened to them once they were delivered is not the florist's responsible.
I am hoping today is even better than yesterday. My husband if from Cincinnati. However, I had an aunt in Dayton. I had been many years but it was a beautiful town.
Keeping a positive attitude is an art. I cared for my stepfather for several years. Every morning he would come out with a big smile and say "Top of the Morn'n to you". We moved him in when he had a stroke, we lost him to cancer. But through it all he kept that cheerful positive attitude. Truly amazing.
Keep up the positive, it will help in so many ways.

Going to try to take 2 Tylenol now to see if that doesn't help a little so that I can stretch out on the recliner and get some rest.
I should have known better than to do all that moving of stuff and lifting - I should have waited on my husband to help me but he had to work out of town today.
