The nurse is about 65 and she is a pistol. She has been with my cardiologist for 15 years. I try to have a relaxed relationship with all my doctors and their staff. The last thing I need is to feel sorry for myself.

Oh well.....I laugh out loud at myself & could care less if the neighbors are watching. (They're good friends & know what's going on. In fact - they have developed this sneaky way of "watching over me" if they see I'm on a ladder or doing something they worry about.)

Only time I have a hard time with it is when a new symptom shows itself - kinda like a slap in the face. But, I'm even getting better in the past year at not letting that throw me off like it did. It is what it is....my plan is to let all of this encourage me to do more or what I want to NOW instead of waiting "till later".
